Instagram now has a bio saying “Crappy Punk Rock Since 1992”, followed with a guitar emoticon and a link to their official site. The website’s homepage has been taken down. It now features an animated bunny tapping his feet and a message saying, “Hard at Work!” Keep checking back soon. The band’s latest activity on Twitter is designed to get fans more excited. Blink-182’s official Twitter account liked tweets from more than a decade ago that mentioned that the band would be releasing a new album in ten years.

One tweet shared by the band said, “It’s going be really strange when blink182 classic rock is heard in drug stores and elevators.” “Blink-182 is working on a new album!” Another says it should be out in the next 10 years. Rumours abound that Tom DeLong (guitarist) will also be making a comeback with former bandmates. He left the band in 2014, to focus on creating a better world for his kids. He has updated his Instagram bio to mention Blink-182, as well as other projects that he is involved in.

Troy Hanson, Vice President for rock formats at Cumulus media, broke the news that the 46-year-old musician was joining the band via a social media post. It was later deleted. “Tom DeLonge is back with blink-182, and they’re coming at the United Center. Live Nation, this is my gift to you guys because of all the work that you did at the end October with Panic! The Disco,” was the deleted post. Mark Hoppus revealed that he had made peace with Travis Barker and DeLonge after his cancer diagnosis in August. “Everybody is in a really good place right now. I continue to write music and am open to the next phase. I am optimistic for the future. “I’m so glad I’m here.”

Billboards with Blink-182’s new logo have been spotted by fans all over the globe. First reports came in from Peru where the new logo was first seen on an electronic billboard. Reddit users noticed similar posters advertising something called “182 Industries”. The posters were linked to a website named onehundredeightwo.com, which redirected to Blink-182’s official website. Matt Skiba (guitarist) recently stated that he wasn’t certain if he was still in the band. Blink-182 released Nine in 2019, their last album. Based on the lockdown, they released Quarantine in 2020. Hoppus was diagnosed in 2021 with cancer. He won his battle the following year.
