“I struggled through the whole rehearsal. I went home, and I rehearsed until like four in the morning. The next day, I was a bit more confident but still not great. Heidi acknowledged that she was experiencing self-doubt. “I was like, “I can’t.” This is unacceptable. She admitted that she felt like “I’m not going be able to do this.” “I returned that Friday, and I don’t know what happened. All seems to be settled now.
Heidi, her 18-year-old daughter, had a heart-to-heart with her as all this was happening. Heidi was a competitive dancer for many years before becoming famous on TikTok. The D’Amelio matriarch said that she told her everything she used to tell her as a child and dancer. I was elated to hear her words to me. Heidi, who shares Dixie, 21 years old, with Marc D’Amelio also said that her daughters were supportive and “super.” She recalled, “They were like: ‘You’re all in your heads, stop it now!'” “So, they helped me get out of that.”
Charli, who is currently paired with Mark Ballas pro dancer, also spoke out Monday night. “It’s a new experience for my mom. She told Page Six that performing in front of such a large audience would be nerve-wracking. “I believe she was my mom for a long while, and she never got the chance to be the star of the show.” According to the social media star, she felt like her mom had “got down a bit” during the days leading up to showtime. She was a great performer today, and I was very proud of her. She shared that she knows next week will be even better for her, and she was very excited.
“We had a lot of fun during rehearsal. “I can’t wait for Artem and her to bring the stage next week. Heidi and Artem performed a Cha Cha by “Lady Marmalade”, Christina Aguilera’s, Lil’ Kim and Mya & P!nk, during premiere night. They received a total score 24/40 from Len Goodman and Carrie Ann Inaba as well as a score of Bruno Tonioli, Derek Hough, and a total score 0/4 from Derek Hough.
