The release will mark the group’s first visit to the studio in 10 years. The guitarist Tom DeLonge, who left the band in 2005 , and afterward in 2014, is reunited with former band members.

In it, people were told that they’d “do anything to make them come to their hometown.” The video also included an excerpt from the song’s final scene which included the lyrics “I ain’t that cool/ A little fu**ed in the head/ They’ll be hangin’ me quick when I’m back from the dead/ Get the rope, get the rope, get the rope, get the rope.”
Blunk-182 will perform all over North as well as South America, Europe and Australia in their return world tour in 2023. The tour is set to begin at Tijuana, Mexico, at the Imperial GNP festival on March 11 and will then continue to locations all across Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay and Colombia before wrapping up their South American leg in Mexico on April 2.
